PANJIM: The office of the Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax in Mumbai will recruit meritorious sportsmen in 22 sports disciplines including football to fill up the posts of Inspector of Income Tax (min qualification - bachelor's degree), Tax Assistant (bachelor's degree) and Multitasking Staff (SSCE).
Sportsmen who have represented the State or the Country; university in inter-university tournaments; State school teams in nationals; sportspersons who have been awarded national awards in physical efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive are eligible to apply for the same.
Details may be obtained on the website www.incometaxmumbai.gov.in or https://www.incometaxmumbai.in/ and applications are to be sent online upto 25.08.2021.
Footballers may also obtain details from the GFA Secretariat in Panjim or through the GFA registered clubs or Executive Committee members from July 19.
