MAPUSA: FC Goa registered a 6-2 win over Vasco SC in the GFA’s Boys U-13 1st Division league, held at Guirim ground, here, on Friday.
Piyush Sawant netted a brace, with Chris Nunes, Velloyd Pinto, Kunal Hadfodkar and Divyush Kundaikar adding their names to the scorers list. Sparsh Naik and Dhivendra Sakhwat scored for Vasco lads.
In the next match, Cortalim Villagers drubbed Calangute Association by 13-1 margin. Joseph De Sa (4) and Salmon Sheikh (5) did most of the damage by scoring for Cortalim Villagers while Chetan Candolkar netted the consolation goal for Calangute Association lads.
At Sirsaim grounds: South Goa United Club trounced YBT by 8-1 margin, while in the next match Sesa FA drubbed Geno FC by 12- 1 margin.
