RAIA: Goa Police defeated Mandopa Sporting Club, 2-0, in the GFA 1st division league match, at Rosary ground, Navelim, on Friday.
Mayuresh Mahableshar Naik, the midfielder of Goa Police, shot was saved by Royal Shubert Moniz in the 4th minute than Rovan Pereira the defender of Mandopa SC long ranger failed to pop into Goa Police net in the 6th minutes.
It was Abdul Khan, the midfielder of Goa Police, who netted the first goal of the match in the 17th minute.
As the match progressed in the second half Goa Police further inflated the lead through Sunny Fernandes in the 78th minutes.
