Margao SC beat Betalbatim
MAJORDA: Margao SC defeated Betalbatim SC 6-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-final of the 28th St Rock Super Soccer football tournament, organised by St Rock YC, Calata, at Calata-Majorda ground.

MAJORDA: Margao SC defeated Betalbatim SC 6-5 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-final of the 28th St Rock Super Soccer football tournament, organised by St Rock YC, Calata, at Calata-Majorda ground.
Ashley Araujo gave Margao SC the lead in the second minute after his shot took the deflection of Betalbatim player Manushan Fernandes.
.Betalbatim SC regrouped quickly and equalised through Robert Fernandes. In the resultant tie-breaker, Margao SC proved to be better shooters. Margao SC will meet Sao Jose de Areal on May 4.
