NAVELIM: Navelim Sporting Club blanked CAC Cansaulim 3-0 to move to the quarterfinal of the Gold Silver Rolling Trophy, at Our Lady of Rosary church ground, Navelim, on Wednesday.
Navelim Sporting Club Clinton Niasso was the star of the match for his timely assists to his teammates and shooting power also Chadwick of Cansaulim gave his best to his team. Chadwick missed a chance to score in the seventh minute.
Navelim scored quick goals through Clinton Niasso and Myron Gomes in the 16th and 25th minutes respectively.
Navelim further inflated the lead through Nash Pereira in the 62nd minute.
