RAIA: Salcete FC scored a solitary goal win over Vasco City Sports & Cultural Club to emerge champions of the GFA U-17 Division II League tournament played at Nagoa Panchayat ground, on Monday.
Pio Gomindes scored the all-important goal in the 35th minute of the match. Goa Football Association President Caitan Fernandes, Ravindra Cabral, Anthony Fernandes, Anthony Pango and Brahmanand Shankhwalkar were present for prize distribution.
