RAIA/MAPUSA: Compassion, Sporting Club de Rumdamol registered wins in the Khelo India U-13 girls football tournament, at Astro Turf ground, Fatorda, on Friday.
Sporting Club de Rumdamol defeated Sirvodem SC by 3-2 goals. Avril Gonsalves, Leanna Pereira and Meave Pereira netted a goal each for Rumdamol. Mizia Rodrigues and Raiza Lourenco were the scorers for Sirvodem SC.
In an another match, Compassion FC defeated Union of Chinchinim Villagers Union by 3-2 goals. Sahana Gaonkar netted a hat-trick for Compassion FC while Morenza Barreto and Keren D’Souza scored a goal each for Union of Chinchinim Villagers.
At Sirsaim ground, Dunes SC drubbed CSM de Taleigao by 7-2 margin.
Sansia Rodrigues and Skye Fernandes both netted a hat trick while Shrustika Shirodkar scored a own goal while for Taleigao eves Sathirthiya and Naranha scored.
In the next match United Ucassaim got the better of Laxmi Prasad by 4-1 margin.
Angel Fernandes netted a brace with Asma Bandodkar and Bliss Castelino added their names to the scorers list.
For Laxmi Prasad eves Divya Naik scored the consolation goal.
