BENAULIM: United Club of Benaulim thrashed CAC Cansaulim 4-2 to move into the quarter-finals of the 29th Super Soccer football tournament organised by United Boys of Dando, Colva, at Sao Joao Baptist Dando ground Benaulim, on Tuesday.  

In the 16th minute, Joel Fernandes netted the first goal of the match for Benaulim with a stiff grounder.

Four minutes later, Nicholas Rodrigues doubled the lead for Benaulim. 

Ashley Soares pulled a goal back for Cansaulim in the 27th minute. 

Minutes later, Benaulim further upped their ante by netting a goal through Joel Fernandes to make it 3-1. 

Two minutes later, substitute Aliskey Barbosa made it 2-3 for Cansaulim. 

Benaulim through Nicholas Rodrigues scored to make it 4-2 in the 65th minute.
