UC Telaulim win big; FC Mardol prevail

PANJIM: United Club of Telaulim scored a thrilling 6-3 win over Parish Youth Nuvem  in the Goa Football Association Second Division League at  Don Bosco Oratory ground on Sunday 

Parish Youth Nuvem broke the deadlock through Darwin Colaco in the 8th minute.

In the 20th minute, it was all square where Beckam Faleirio shot the ball directly into the net. 

Parish Youth Nuvem tried to  reduce the deficit in the 35th  minute through  Snyter Pereira.  

However, the hat trick scored by Ethan Fernanded and brace scored by Kahlil  regained  United Club of Telaulim back in the game.  

M. Baretto's goal in 90+2 minutes was not enough to secure Parish Youth Nuvem victory. 

FC Mardol defeated  Ronit Sports Club  5-1 in the second division league at Taleigao ground

The match started with an attacking intent but it was not that long for FC Mardol to break the dead heat through Niyaz Tambak in the 26th minute. 

FC Mardol soon took the lead  in the first half through Tanmay Pagi and Manthan Naik. 

FC Mardol dominated the game throughout and scored through regular intervals. Justino Martyres scored in the 77th minute and Ankit Bagaystkar scored in the 86 minute. 

Ronit Sports Club  managed to pull a goal back in the 90+3 minute through Viraj Kunkolkar. 

St.Anthony SC humbled Sports & Welfare Club Zaino 5-0. 

A brace from Sunny Fernandes and Jaison Dias contributed to the  fine win for  St.Anthony SC. 

The victory was sealed through Welson Fernandes in the 78th minute.
