Fluent win for Pax of Nagoa

MARGAO, AUG 21 Pax of Nagoa Sports Club registered a fluent 3-0 win over St Rock's Youth Club, Calata-Majorda in Group E Salcete Zone GFA's Third Division league at Verna ground, on Saturday. Pax were leading 2-0 at half time.

 Pax of Nagoa Sports Club registered a fluent 3-0 win over St Rock’s Youth Club, Calata-Majorda in Group E Salcete Zone GFA’s Third Division league at Verna ground, on Saturday. Pax were leading 2-0 at half time.
Pax broke the deadlock in the 28th minute when Vailanco Faria  punished the Majorda goalkeeper with a deft placement. Myron Fernandes doubled the lead in the 31st minute.

At St John Baptist ground, Dando–Benaulim, Orlim Sports Club registered a hard fought 1-0 win over Carmona Sports Club.
The all-important goal scored by Vilroy D’Cruz  in the 26th minute.
