Outdoor music shut by 10 in Calangute, police takes action as per HC order

For the first time, people living near the beach got a peaceful and non-noisy sleep by 11 in Calangute and nearby areas. Yes, Calangute locals and visitors slept in peace after many years as cops patrolled the beach to ensure no music was played after 10pm. Recently, that on Tuesday, The High Court had directed both districts' superintendents of police to act against violators playing loud music beyond 10pm without permission and to submit action taken reports.
