PANJIM: The 16th International edition of India Hospitality Expo in Goa is scheduled to be held from August 1-3 at the Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Indoor Stadium, Bambolim.
It promises to bring together hospitality industry experts, government and private stakeholders, market leaders and industry brands to create a dialogue around quality and sustainability tourism opportunities. Some of India’s celebrated hospitality stars this year including Chef Hemant Oberoi, USA World Beer Authority Judges Jenna and Hannan, world class mixologists, Pankaj and Sachin, will all be showcased in food knowledge exchange sessions, master classes, food demos and LIVE cooking sessions. Joseph Dias, chairman of Trinity Group and organiser of the event said, “The expo will honour local talent in F&B from across India, international and Goa, providing a benchmark for encouraging and supporting quality focused service, skilled professionals across its allied industry.”
