Addressing the challenge of limited halt times for trains, it would be beneficial to consider deploying more vendors to serve all train compartments, particularly the unreserved ones.
Moreover, finding assistance from porters, especially during night time, pose difficulties for passengers, particularly senior citizens. One potential solution could be the development of a user-friendly digital application, resembling Ola or Uber, which would allow passengers to conveniently book porters at specific stations.
