The State government should commence bus service to the students of St Xavier’s College, Mapusa. By starting the service, the problems experienced by those who use buses as a mode of transportation to get to the college will be lessened.
The main problem is getting connected to the college. Since there aren't many connecting buses available and the campus being situated on a hillock, walking there becomes difficult. We all opt to walk because there are no well scheduled buses from the Mapusa bus stand to the campus in the morning or the afternoon.
If we have reliable transport service from the Mapsua bus stand to the campus and back, that will be good. Waiting for a positive response from the State-owned Kadamba Transport Corporation Limited (KTCL).
