Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Punjab's Adampur Air Base on Tuesday, standing alongside the Indian Air Force’s S-400 air defence system to directly counter Pakistan’s recent claims of its destruction. The visit followed a series of drone and missile attacks by Pakistan on Adampur, in retaliation for India’s Operation Sindoor, which targeted nine terror sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.
Photographs from the visit are currently gaining attention, showing an intact S-400 system and MiG-29 jet, effectively debunking Pakistan’s claims of massive damage to the base. Modi’s presence at the airbase conveyed a powerful message, both in support of the Indian Armed Forces and in challenging Pakistan’s misinformation. In his address, the Prime Minister commended the bravery of the air warriors, reiterating India’s commitment to tackling terrorism with strength and ensuring its sovereignty remains intact. “We will enter homes and strike, leaving no chance for escape,” he declared. The visit, which lasted about an hour and was accompanied by Air Chief Marshal A P Singh, served as both a morale boost for the forces and a clear statement of India’s determination in the face of external threats.
'Ghar mein ghus kar maarenge': PM Modi
Highlighting India's decisive anti-terror operations, Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared, “We have wiped them out. The Indian Army, Air Force, and Navy have overpowered the Pakistani forces. We have sent a clear message—there is no safe haven for terrorists in Pakistan. Hum ghar mein ghus kar maarenge (We will enter their homes and strike).”
Adding to this, on Monday, Modi also addressed the nation, delivering a clear message to Pakistan and the terrorist organizations supported by its government. He announced that India would now follow a zero-tolerance policy against terrorism and emphasized that terrorism and talks cannot go together.
