PANJIM: The Chief Justice and Administrative Judges of the Bombay High Court have issued the transfer orders of Judges in Goa as part of general annual transfer.
The first list had posting details of seven District Judges namely Paul Sherin Gertude, the District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge Mapusa, North Goa is transferred to Margao, South Goa.
Kshama M Joshi, the District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Panjim, North Goa is transferred to Mapusa. Cholu M Gauns, the Ad-Hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Margao, is transferred to Panjim. Shaikh Shabnam, is retained as the Ad-Hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge Panjim.
Sharmila Anant Patil, the Ad-Hoc District Judge 2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Margao is transferred to Mapusa. Pooja C Kavlekar, the Ad-Hoc District Judge-2 and Additional Sessions Judge, Panjim is transferred to Margao. Bosco Gaudentius F Roberts, the Ad-Hoc District Judge-1 and Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa is transferred to Margao.
The second list had posting details of three Civil Judges, Senior Division (SD).
Kalpana V Gavas, the Civil Judge, SD and Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) Bicholim, is transferred to Vasco. Aritkumari N Naik, is retained as the Ad-Hoc Civil Judge, SD and JMFC, Panjim. Shubhada Atchut Dalvi, the Ad-Hoc Civil Judge, SD and JMFC, Vasco is transferred to Bicholim.
The final list had posting details of four Civil Judges, Junior Division (JD).
Shahir Shirazali Issani, the Civil Judge, JD and JMFC Margao is transferred to Panjim. Sunita Atchut Gaunekar, the Civil Judge, JD and JDFC Sanguem, South Go is transferred to Pernem; Vaishali Ashok Lotlikar, the Civil Judge, JD and JFMC, Vasco is transferred to Sattari, North Goa and Audi Shanoor alias Jagdish Panduarng, the Civil Judge, JD and JMFC, Canacona is transferred to Ponda.
