PANJIM: The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) will declare the Class XII results on Saturday, May 6, which would be a consolidated final result adding the first and second term performances of the students. Nearly 19,802 students answered the examination.
The first terminal examination was held from November 10 to November 25, 2022 for 50 per cent of the portion and the test was in the form of multiple-choice questions.
The second terminal exam was conducted for the remaining 50 per cent of the portion between March 15 to 31 and this exam was in form of subjective questions.
“A consolidated final result, adding first term and second term performance will be declared on May 6 at 4,30 pm,” Goa Board chairman Bhagirath Shetye said. The results would be available on www.gbshse.in and https://results.gbshsegoa.ne/#/.
In all, 9,930 boys and 9,872 girls answered the examination that was conducted across 20 centers.
A total of 5,380 students from Science stream, 6,077 students from Commerce, 5,064 from Arts and 3,281 from Vocational appeared for the exam. There were also 80 private candidates.
Last year, the pass percentage was 92.66 per cent.
