Fatorda to host INEX 2024 from November 13

MARGAO: The Goa State Innovation Council (GSIC) will hold the ninth edition of the India International Innovation and Invention Expo (INEX) 2024, in collaboration with the Department of Science, Technology and Waste Management - Government of Goa, and the Indian Innovators Association at Don Bosco College of Engineering, Fatorda, from November 13-15.

The event has become a global hub for innovation, consistently attracting participants and innovators from around the world. It is organised in partnership with IBS Global, a Polish company specialising in the global commercialisation of innovations, enhancing industry and trade through innovation-driven products, services, and cutting-edge technologies.

According to the organisers, INEX has emerged as one of India’s premier innovation expos, highlighting cutting-edge inventions and pioneering solutions across various industries. With participation from over 30 countries and an average of 150 innovators showcasing their projects each year, INEX continues to be a key platform for groundbreaking developments.

Since 2022, the Goa State Innovation Council has hosted the event, offering a thriving environment for inventors to connect with investors, industry leaders, and academic institutions. The Indian Innovators Association has lent its credibility as the honorary patron of the event, further enhancing its prestige.

This year, they will be presenting the INEX Higher Education Institutions (HEI) Award to recognise excellence in promoting and incubating innovators and start ups. The initiative aims to highlight institutions that have made significant contributions to fostering innovation and entrepreneurship.

Seasoned and emerging innovators are poised to showcase their work in

an environment that encourages growth, investment, and international partnerships.
