A team from the Pilerne Fire Services, including Sub Officer Sunny Phayde and firefighters Dinesh Gawade, Pritesh Mahaldar, Shrikant Sawant, Rajkiran Pednekar, and Prahlad Kotkar, responded swiftly to the emergency. They successfully contained the flames and prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent structures. Reinforcements from the Mapusa Fire Station also assisted in the operation.
Fortunately, no injuries were reported. While the precise extent of the damage is still being assessed, preliminary reports indicate that the spa has suffered a total loss.
