Sapanch Shivdas Madkar requested a congratulatory resolution for Poriem MLA Dr Deviya Rane who had raised this issue in Assembly as the government has promised to introduce a legislation which will put an end to widow discrimination.
Panchayat Secretary Mula Varak informed that survey of the houses in panchayat will be undertaken and increased house tax will be levied.
