PANJIM: A murder accused, who fled from Ichalkaranji in Maharashtra to Goa after killing his wife, was nabbed by Goa police at Miramar on Sunday.
Police informed that Dinesh Patil, an Ichalkaranji, Kolhapur native, had murdered his wife Disha Patil (37) by strangulating her. Her body was found at Sadalga, near Belaum in Karnataka early morning today.
Acting on a tipoff by Maharashtra and Karnataka police, Goa police nabbed the accused at Miramar at around 4.45 pm on Sunday evening.
