From January 3, when you land on the epaper page ( https://epaper.heraldgoa.in) you will be prompted to register on line and digitally pay the fee of Rs 130 for 30 days or Rs 390 for 90 days. (You can choose one of the two options in the menu). This pricing works out to about Rs 4.30 per day, which is far less than a cup of tea or coffee in any small eatery. Those paying through foreign banks or credit/debit cards will be charged in your local currency. It is roughly equivalent to US $ 2 per month. The payment gateway is very simple and all major forms of digital payments will be accepted.
