PANJIM: Agitated Villagers of Sancoale have squarely blamed the Sancoale ruling Panchayat members for all the illegalities pertaining to Bhutani. They blamed the gram sevak who is acting as a secretary for not putting the reply by Bhutani on the agenda of the meeting held on the same day. They said the Village panchayat is delaying the issuing and although reply was received, they delayed till 18th October to ask for legal opinion. This is nothing but delay tactics, they alleged.
