Mandrem locals filed an FIR against Arvinda
Electricals, Bangalore and Pioneiro Infra Pvt. Ltd. Porvorim for laying
underground cable by digging the road from Agrwada to Mandrem and other
internal roads of Mandrem constituency. The Underground Cabling work in Mandrem
has caused an inconvenience to locals. The alleged illegal work is taking place
on the busiest roads in the Mandrem constituency without obtaining the
necessary permission. The
contractor has undertaken the work of the underground cable of all the roads at
one time.
