PONDA: The annual Dr PS Ramani Marathon – Run for Health - will be held on November 3. The marathon will be flagged off at 6 am at Bhausaheb Bandodkar football ground, Kashimutt-Bandora, stated neurosurgeon Dr Premanand Ramani at press briefing along with Dr Antonio Figueiredo, Venktesh Prabudesai, and Priyasee Chari.
The marathon will have various categories including 3km, 5km and 21km.
‘Run for Health’, is a message given by Dr Ramani, who will also participate in the marathon to encourage participation of youth so that they can take care of their health by doing regular exercises by running and walking.
Dr Ramani at the age of 86, will also run, covering a 21km distance. He urged the youth to participate in large number.
