SOLVA -RAIA: Goa Police defeated TP Cavelossim 3-0 to move into the next round of the Gandhi Boys Sports Club Raia volleyball tournament, at Gandhi Road Raia ground, on Tuesday.
Goa police won the 25-19, 25-22 and 25-14. Nitin Sawant and Mahesh Parab of Goa Police with their smashing tactics took their team to victory.
Cavelossim’s Munna was adjudged as man-of-the-match for his smashing and blocking tactics and The good Shepherd organisation awardee Isidore Casmiro Rodrigues presented him with the trophy
