The 28-year-old missed the two previous matches but is confident to help his team secure their third victory on the trot.
“I am ready to play and have recovered well from the injury. I am looking at giving my best for the match against FC Goa, that too on my home ground,” said the midfield maestro from Cortalim.
On playing in front of the home crowd, Lenny said, “It will be a great atmosphere to play in front of the home crowd. Our aim is to qualify for the play-off and I am sure that this time Pune City FC will make it.”
The Football Players Association of India’s (FPAI) Footballer of the Year for 2012-13 wants to do everything in his ability that will help his team secure three points.
“I want to score in every match but most important is that the team wins. I score or another player scores doesn’t matter but if I score, I will be the happiest person,” signed off Lenny.
