Manglam plans project at Kadamba plateau

Nand Kishore Gupta, chairman of Manglam said the USP of the project was that it was designed to be family-friendly. The whole development, he said was designed around gardens. 

“We value families, so we have provided gardens for families to mingle and spend time with friends and enjoy life’s moments,” he said.  

The project will have 400 flats in 1, 2 and 3 bedroom dimensions. According to Gupta approximately 20 have already been sold. The apartments have been priced starting at Rs 28.16 lakh, with a special early bird offer.

The project has amenities like roads, covered parking, CCTV surveillance system, water supply and electricity supply. It comes with the power back up for uninterrupted power supply. It is also equipped with a private world class 20,000 sq ft club house, swimming pool, outdoor party lawn, children’s park, jogging track, underground cable infrastructure, provision for piped gas, lightning arresters and DTH services.
