Nag Foundation-Poona, Women’s Cancer initiative and Gokarma
Oncology Medical trust along with support from Goa Cancer Society (GCS), Muskaan an NGO based in Goa, Manipal
Hospital, Goa and Anil Salgaonkar foundation will organise its annual 7th
Indian Breast cancer Survivors meet in Goa to be held on September 7 and 8,
2018 at International Centre, Dona Paula Goa.
The inaugural address will be delivered by
Dr Mandar Nadkarni, Breast Cancer Surgeon, Mumbai followed by formal
inauguration by Chief Guest, Pallavi Dempo, Guest of honour Wendell Rodricks,
Devika Bhojwani, President of Women Cancer initiative, Dr Shona Nag, Medical
Oncologist from Poona representing Nag Foundation along with Dr Shekar Salkar,
President Gokarma Oncology Medical Trust association, Babita Agarwal and
Sharmila Munj from Muskaan will be part of the event.
The
event will also see participation from Gokarma Oncology Association – an
association of cancer specialist doctors from Goa, South Maharashtra till Karad
Kolhapur, Sangli Miraj and North Karnataka till Belgaum and Hubli.
