It must be said that the footpaths, roads and drains that have been repaired may not last for more than few years. However, a foundation stone for the improvement of footpaths and gutters along the Swatantra Path in Vasco stands tall even after more than 12 years.
The foundation stone that was installed in 2006 on the pavement is located at a prominent place at the Vasco square and makes one wonder that if a foundation stone can survive for so long why do the repair work that is undertaken not last for long?
