Stray animals, a factor of tragic accidents

When we go out on the road with our vehicle we do see many animals on the road especially dogs and cattle. We are least bothered when they are in between the road. If we see them sitting on the road we just take a turn around them and go on our way. 

We shouldn’t be carefree about this; there have been many commuters who lost their precious live, because the stray animal came in between the road creating hindrance and meeting with accidents. When we are riding or driving any vehicle there should not be any sought of hindrance for us. 

Nowadays people are raising their voice that potholes on the road are creating accidents. That’s true, but in our State over the years, only potholes were the cause of accidents? There are so many causes of accidents which includes the stray animals. The cattle owners who just leave their cattle anywhere on the roadside for grazing not even bothered to take them back home. 

The people who leave their animals on the road just like that should be heavily fined or should be pounded by the municipalities or village panchayat authorities.
