Bryan Johnson Blocked by Baba Ramdev After Air Pollution Criticism on Anti-Aging Products

US millionaire and CEO Bryan Johnson, known for his focus on age-reversal, reported that he was blocked by yoga master and Patanjali founder Baba Ramdev after questioning Ramdev's claims about anti-aging products. Ramdev had shared a video of himself jogging alongside a horse, advertising Patanjali's Swarna Shilajit and Immunogrit Gold, which he touted for their strength, immunity, and anti-aging properties. In response, Johnson pointed out the poor air quality in Haridwar, where Ramdev lives, arguing that such conditions could heighten the risk of heart and lung diseases. This back-and-forth ultimately resulted in Ramdev blocking Johnson on social media.

Bryan Johnson recently left an interview in India due to the poor air quality. He later shared on X that Baba Ramdev had blocked him on social media after he made a comment about pollution. In his post, Johnson pointed out the health risks linked to the air quality. Some users on X responded critically, arguing that physical activity is still important despite pollution concerns.

Just a few days after the incident, the American entrepreneur and anti-aging advocate took to X to reveal that Baba Ramdev had blocked him following his remarks on air pollution. On Tuesday, Ramdev shared a video on his X account where he was seen running alongside a horse. The caption read, "If you want to run like a horse, build strong immunity, and boost anti-aging, consume Swarna Shilajit and Immunogrit Gold." These products are offered by Patanjali, the company founded by Baba Ramdev.

A 40-second video featuring the yoga guru gained significant attention online, prompting Bryan to share a screenshot of the post. He added a caption that pointed out the concerning air quality in India and the dangers of exercising in such conditions. "Currently, the air quality in Haridwar is at PM2.5 36 µg/m³, which is comparable to smoking 1.6 cigarettes daily. This increases the risk of heart disease by 40-50%, lung cancer by three times, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, and can lead to a reduction in lifespan by 5-7 years," he wrote on X. Additionally, he noted that Baba Ramdev has blocked him on the platform.
