Eknath Shinde camp leader detained after sword fight over parking row in Thane

A parking row in Thane turned violent when Shiv Sena leader Akash Bhalerao, from the Eknath Shinde camp, allegedly attacked a man and pulled out a sword. The clash occurred in Sagar Nagar, considered a stronghold of the Deputy Chief Minister.

According to police, Bhalerao, accompanied by associate Suraj Hajare, threatened and later assaulted the victim during the dispute. The man sustained a head injury in the attack.

The two accused have been detained and taken to Wagle Estate Police Station for further investigation. A short video of the incident has gone viral on social media.
