Khalistani extremists tried to disrupt and assault External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Thursday as he was getting into his car after participating in an event at the Chatham House think tank in London.
Pro-Khalistan supporters held a demonstration outside the event location. A video that has been shared online captures a man walking up to Jaishankar’s car and ripping the Indian national flag while London police officers looked on without intervening in the act of vandalism.
