The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has officially declared the results of the Chartered Accountancy Final, Intermediate, and Foundation examinations held in May 2025. These prestigious exams, known for their rigorous standards, attracted nearly one lakh aspirants from across the country, all vying for a place among India’s elite finance professionals. The examinations were conducted at hundreds of centers nationwide, ensuring accessibility for candidates from diverse backgrounds.

CA Final and Intermediate Results

In the CA Final examination, Rajan Kabra from Mumbai emerged as the All India Topper, scoring an impressive 516 out of 600 (86%). Nishtha Bothra and Manav Rakesh Jha secured the second and third ranks, respectively. Out of 99,466 candidates who appeared at 564 centers, the pass percentages stood at 22.38% for Group 1 and 26.43% for Group 2, highlighting the exam’s challenging nature.

For the Intermediate exam, Disha Ashish Gokhru from Mumbai clinched the top spot with 513 out of 600 (85.5%). Devidan Yash Sandeep from Aurangabad secured second place, while Yamish Jain and Nilay Dangi jointly took third. A total of 169,172 candidates appeared for the Intermediate exam, with pass rates of 14.67% for Group 1 and 21.51% for Group 2.

Foundation Exam Achievements

The Foundation exam saw Vrinda Agarwal from Ghaziabad securing the All India Rank 1 with a stellar score of 362 out of 400 (90.5%). Yadnesh Rajesh Markar from Mumbai and Shardul Shekhar Vichare from Thane followed in second and third places, respectively. This entry-level exam had 96,538 registered candidates across 551 centers.

ICAI President’s Message

ICAI President CA Charanjot Singh Nanda congratulated all successful candidates, urging them to uphold the highest ethical standards and contribute to building a transparent and prosperous Viksit Bharat. He also encouraged those who did not clear the exams to remain resilient, emphasizing that perseverance is key to success in the Chartered Accountancy profession.
