OLD GOA: In a crackdown on unauthorised business activities, authorities at the Old Goa
Police Station have taken action against 75 stall owners for operating beyond permitted hoursduring the Old Goa feast.
This illicit commercial activity not only occurred after the designated date and time but also led to significant inconvenience to the public along the National Highway.
The stall owners were found conducting business activities past the authorised period, contributing to disruptions along the vital National Highway.
Such unauthorised operations not only violate regulations but also pose a potential hazard to public safety and smooth traffic flow on this major route.
