
PANJIM: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant on Sunday said he will fly to New Delhi to attend the party's national meeting.
On being quizzed, CM assured that the mining issue will be taken up during the upcoming meet. "I have taken appointments of few union ministers," he said.
He is also slated to meet various union ministers to resolve related issues in the State.
The CM was also asked about waiving of Rs 277 crore approx to the casino industry and controversy surrounding the cabinet decision. To this Sawant said, "The 8 months fees will have to be paid thereafter. Government will take a decision later. Let the industry resume operations, we will take a decision later."
