CUTBONA: Cutbona jetty which was hit by Cholera in 2024, is back to uncleanliness. In a shocking visual, fishing labourers were seen having bath in the trawler itself and it is anybody’s guess that the bath water will be going into the Sal River thus polluting it.  Although an agency had been named to collect the dirt and wash the jetty, this does not seem to be happening when our video journalist visited the site. In a shocking incident, fishing labourers were seen having bath in the trawler

The Cutbona jetty is in the news once again

Despite facing a severe outbreak of Cholera in August, cleanliness has not been maintained.

Our lensman captured dirty water collecting in the gutters.

Broken pieces of nets and other garbage was seen piled up in places on the jetty

Discarded waste of various sorts was found in many corners of the jetty

Plastic and other waste too was seen collected in places

But the most shocking visual was that of fishing labour having bath on the Trawler and the water flowing into the Sal River
