Traffic was briefly disrupted on the Hubballi-Panjim highway on Friday following an accident involving a bus heading to Goa and a car near the Anmod Ghat area.
According to authorities, the collision resulted in minor injuries to the occupants of the car. No fatalities were reported.
Emergency teams quickly reached the spot to clear the vehicles and provide medical assistance. Traffic movement resumed shortly after the site was secured.
Police said an investigation is underway to ascertain the exact cause of the accident.
