PANJIM: The Old Goa Police have arrested a 20-year-old youth from Assam for allegedly kidnapping a minor girl from Old Goa area and charged him with rape.
The accused has been identified as Abu Ansar.
According to police, father of the 14-year-old girl lodged a complaint on January 1, 2025, that the minor has been kidnapped by an unknown person.
