
Chandrabhaga Tukoba Naik Higher Secondary School, Curchorem, has once again demonstrated academic excellence in the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) examination conducted by the Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education in March 2025. The school has achieved remarkable results across all four streams, reinforcing its commitment to quality education.
The results are as follows: 98.26% in the Science stream, 97.41% in the Commerce stream, 93.33% in the Arts stream, and 87.50% in the Vocational stream. A total of 392 students from all four streams appeared for the examination, bringing the overall pass percentage to an impressive 94.89%.
Notable top performers include Miss Dhanashree L Bhat Kurse, who topped the Arts stream with 94.83%, and also secured the first position in the Curchorem Centre. In the Commerce stream, Mast Prathamesh Dhiraj Rivonkar led with 94.16%, claiming the first position in both the school and the Curchorem Centre. Miss Snesha Gurudas Gaonkar emerged as the top performer in the Science stream with 91.16%, while also securing the first place in the Curchorem Centre.
In the Vocational stream, Miss Saniya Rupesh Shirodkar, Mast Sayish Nilappa Meti, and Mast Sharan Krishna Mirashi were the top scorers with 90.87%, 88.37%, and 84.88% respectively.
The school also takes pride in the exceptional achievements of individual students. Mast Roshwin Fernandes, Miss Shivangi U Naik, and Miss Aarohi A Raut Dessai earned perfect scores of 100/100 in Political Science. Miss Dhanashree L Bhat Kurse scored 100/100 in Sociology, while Mast Prathamesh Rivonkar achieved 100/100 in Secretarial Practice.
