In a welcome move for students in Canacona, Speaker Ramesh Tawadkar has rolled out a special education initiative to help young aspirants prepare for competitive exams like NEET and JEE. The programme offers free residential coaching—not just for ST students but for all deserving candidates, regardless of background.
The training will be handled by Balaram Education Society, in collaboration with the well-known Acharya Academy from Pune, both recognized for their excellence in coaching. What's more, all accommodation and meal costs will be fully covered, so students can focus entirely on their studies without worrying about expenses.
But that’s not all, there’s also a foundation course for students of Classes 8, 9, and 10, aimed at building early academic strength and boosting confidence for future challenges.
Tawadkar said the goal is to create equal opportunities and open doors to top careers in medicine and engineering and also encouraged students to make the most of this golden chance.
