Goa Schools Face June 15 Deadline for Class XI Data Submission
Published on

The Goa Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (GBSHSE) has issued clear and structured guidelines for the online submission of Class XI student data for the academic year 2024–25. Schools must complete this process by June 15, 2025, using the dedicated web portal at http://service.gbshse.in, exclusively through the bulk upload mode. This approach is designed to streamline data collection, improve accuracy, and reduce manual errors.

To facilitate the process, the board has provided a comprehensive user manual, ensuring that school administrators can navigate the portal efficiently. Administrators are required to log in with their school credentials and use the bulk upload feature, entering candidate names in the Excel file for identification. Importantly, critical student details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth will be automatically fetched from the students’ Class X records, minimizing the risk of data duplication or entry mistakes.

Before final submission, institutions must verify all details on the dashboard. If any corrections are needed, schools are instructed to promptly communicate with the GBSHSE IT Section for resolution. The board has emphasized the urgency of meeting the June 15 deadline and has provided an email address for queries or technical assistance.

Overall, the GBSHSE’s structured process and support resources reflect a commitment to efficient administration and data integrity, ensuring a smooth transition for students entering Class XI in the upcoming academic year.
