Commuters using the Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) shuttle bus service have raised concerns over delays at ticket counters, where only one POS machine is reportedly functioning each morning to issue tickets for both pass holders and non-pass holders.
Passengers say the shortage of working machines slows down the entire process of issuing tickets, often leading to long queues and delays in boarding.
Regular commuters have urged authorities to take urgent steps to address the issue and ensure smooth, hassle-free ticketing operations. Many have stressed that an additional POS machine or improved system is essential, especially during peak hours when the shuttle service is heavily used.
KTC officials are yet to respond to the matter.
