In a shocking development following the tragic electrocution at Jogolimol, Sirsorem–Rivona, where two brothers died while cutting grass for their cattle, Quepem Police have arrested Smt. Jaya, wife of late Babu Gaonkar (64). The Rivona resident has been charged with negligence resulting in the deaths. She has been placed in police custody as investigations continue.
