In response to a disturbing security breach, Sanguem police have intensified night patrols after CCTV footage captured a naked man knocking on the door and window of a residence. The incident raised alarm, particularly for the women residing in the home.
Under the direction of Police Inspector Ditendra Naik, security personnel have been stationed outside the house each night for the past eight days to ensure the safety of the occupants.
“We’re taking the matter seriously. The safety of citizens, especially women, is our top priority,” said PI Naik. Police are continuing their investigation to identify and apprehend the intruder.
The presence of patrol teams has brought a sense of relief to the affected family and nearby residents, who had grown increasingly concerned since the incident occurred.
