Alleged Assault in Jail

According to the police, the altercation began when Seth took the inward register without permission. When a lady constable questioned her, Seth reportedly responded with verbal abuse, kicked the officer, pulled her hair, and caused injuries to the constable. The FIR filed against Seth includes charges under Section 121(1) (voluntarily causing hurt or grievous hurt to deter a public servant from duty) and Section 352 (intentional insult to provoke) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita.

This marks the latest in a series of legal troubles for Seth, who remains under judicial custody while facing charges related to her son's death. Authorities are continuing their investigations into the assault incident, adding further complications to Seth's ongoing legal battles.
