The operation, conducted on the night of June 9, 2025, was detailed by SP ANC Sunita Sawant during a press briefing on June 10.

The ANC seized 24.8 grams of LSD liquid worth Rs 2.5 crore, 70 LSD blot papers valued at Rs 7 lakh, 49.3 grams of ketamine liquid worth Rs 2.5 lakh, and 1.5 grams of ketamine powder worth Rs 15,000 from the accused. The total value of the confiscated drugs is estimated at Rs 2.59 crore.

SP Sawant confirmed that the trio had been residing illegally in India for the past three years, with their visas long expired. Upon verification of their documents, authorities established their illegal status. The ANC has registered a case under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act and is actively investigating the suspects’ networks and possible local connections.

The arrested individuals have been produced in court as the ANC seeks their custody for further interrogation. In addition to the NDPS case, a separate case will be filed against them for violating immigration laws.
