A road accident occurred on the Verna highway when a rent-a-cab driven by a tourist collided head-on with another four-wheeler on Monday.
According to sources, the mishap took place when the tourist-driven cab attempted to overtake and rammed into the oncoming vehicle. One person was reported injured in the accident.
Police are investigating the incident, and the injured individual has been shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
