Unidentified Thief Breaks into Parked Tourist Vehicle at Vagator Beach

A case of theft was reported early this morning at Vagator Beach, where a parked vehicle belonging to a group of tourists was broken into by an unidentified individual.

According to preliminary reports, the thief shattered the rear window of the vehicle and stole a mobile phone, clothing, and approximately ₹1,000 in cash. The incident occurred in the early hours, and no witnesses have yet been identified.

Police have registered a case and are currently investigating the matter. Authorities are also reviewing nearby CCTV footage in an attempt to identify the perpetrator.

The incident has once again raised concerns about the safety of tourists and their belongings in Goa’s popular beach destinations. Visitors are advised to avoid leaving valuables inside vehicles and to park in well-lit, secure areas whenever possible.
